Was great news when they started restoring it. You were luck that Mt Rainier was "out" when you visited as it's often obscured by clouds, though chances are better in summer. It is an incomparable view and the garden seems to make the most of it. Thanks for wonderful photos. Miller garden north of the city overlooking Puget sound is another great garden -- did you happen to see? I hope one day to see both of Hinkley's gardens....
