Season's Greetings to you all!

Season's Greetings to all my fellow bloggers and thank you all for the support, encouragement and wonderful comments that you've left on my blog since I joined Blotanical in June this year.
I've been positively encouraged to keep "Galloping" around gardens by you all and hope to carry on next year. I will be leaving for the US in January to our Florida home and hope to visit many gardens that side of the pond (in between my continuing trips to India as work progresses).
But in the meantime, best wishes to all my readers, and here are just some of the wonderful plants that I've seen this year ... in my travels at home and abroad.
I've been lucky enough to visit many gardens in England, Scotland, Wales, Europe, Africa, India and the United States, and I'm just cataloguing them - so will be posting an entry soon with full details.
And thanks too to all of you who've helped me identify plants when I couldn't .... please, please continue to do so!
And if you've missed any of my recent India posts, you can catch up on Udaipur, Indian flowers, Indian birds and the wonderful garden at Tikli, by clicking on the links.
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and may 2010 be a wonderful year for you all!

  1. Your posts have been a joy, Charlotte, we do appreciate the work that goes into them. The images are superb and the narrative riveting. Since we don't travel that much outside our magical triangle of offsprings homes, we love seeing and reading about your adventures. Now, while in the US, if you feel the need to visit Tennessee, please do contact me! :-)

  19. I must say after looking at your site I just may venture out of my own garden and start taking pictures of the amazing public gardens here in Ontario, Canada. I only wish we had Gardens like they do in Great Britain, they are incredible there.
All said however Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Luckily we had no snow from those storms in the USA. And we are still green here in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada
