March - magnolias in Cornwall
April - tulips in Kent
May - fantastic rhododendrons and azaleas in Hampshire

In the last of my Christmas posts tomorrow I'll be adding a list of all gardens seen in 2009, so you can check details if you're thinking of visiting. You may also be interested in looking at my new blog:

  3. Lovely compilation of pictures. You have a very good eye.
I clicked on your link to The Garden Book of Days and it launched me out into the nether regions of the web cosmos. I realized that the problem was that you forgot one of the dots in the URL. I did find it on my own and it's grand. Can't wait to bask in your garden days.

  8. Charlotte:
What a fabulous tour! I think the world needs a photographic garden atlas.... perhaps your New year's project, as you seem to be overly qualified to fill the needs! I was stopped dead in my tracks by the Oudolf garden... the man is brilliant!
