11th day of Christmas - almost Wordless Wednesday
On the 11th day of Christmas and the eve of Wordless Wednesday, I'm going to leave you with memories of 2009 - just some of the sights I've seen on my garden tours. Thank you all for visiting my blog since I started last year and for all the comments you've left.
March - magnolias in Cornwall
April - tulips in Kent
May - fantastic rhododendrons and azaleas in Hampshire
June - blossoms at an NGS garden
July - Piet Oudolf's Millenium Garden at Pensthorpe, Norfolk
Beautiful pictures, love the dark tulips.
ReplyDeleteWonderful summary, Charlotte, and (as always) great photos. The Moroccan garden took my breath away. -Jean
ReplyDeleteLovely compilation of pictures. You have a very good eye.
ReplyDeleteI clicked on your link to The Garden Book of Days and it launched me out into the nether regions of the web cosmos. I realized that the problem was that you forgot one of the dots in the URL. I did find it on my own and it's grand. Can't wait to bask in your garden days.

ReplyDeleteCharlotte:
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous tour! I think the world needs a photographic garden atlas.... perhaps your New year's project, as you seem to be overly qualified to fill the needs! I was stopped dead in my tracks by the Oudolf garden... the man is brilliant!
Thanks Charlotte a lovely calendar
